1. Nature of delivery
Zypzo is a digital marketplace for services such as design, development, marketing, operations, finance, content and consulting. Deliverables are normally provided digitally through dashboard messages, uploaded files, links, repositories, documents, calls or approved third-party tools.
2. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines are set in the service package, job proposal, order milestone or recurring order schedule. Instant jobs may start immediately depending on vendor availability. Custom project timelines vary by agreed scope.
3. Geographical limits
Digital services can generally be delivered across India and internationally where lawful. Some verification, payment, tax or vendor-specific services may be limited to India.
4. Costs
There are no physical shipping charges for standard digital services. If a project requires physical goods, courier, printing, travel or hardware, those costs must be disclosed and agreed separately before purchase.
5. Acceptance of delivery
Clients should review deliverables promptly. If the order includes a review window, failure to request changes within that window may result in auto-approval and vendor payout under the order terms.
6. Physical goods exception
If any vendor-assisted project includes physical shipment, the vendor must share dispatch details, courier name, tracking ID where available, delivery estimate, applicable costs and return limitations in writing before dispatch.
7. Support
For delayed or missing digital deliverables, raise an order message/dispute or email support@zypzo.com with the order ID and evidence.
